BISP 8171 Phase 1 Payment Update for April 2025
Finally, the wait is over. The April installment of the Benazir Kafalat Program 2025 has officially started, and payments are now being distributed in 110 districts across Pakistan as part of Phase 1. This is the beginning of a four-phase distribution plan, ensuring transparency and timely financial assistance for all eligible beneficiaries.

BISP April Payment Update
Thousands of people had been waiting anxiously for this announcement. The government has now confirmed that payments of Rs. 13,500 have started and will gradually be released district by district.
Many women are already receiving their payments at official BISP camps, as verified by field footage and updates from the centers. A dedicated payment distribution panel has been set up at each center, ensuring secure and organized disbursement.

Key Decisions by BISP Leadership
Chairperson Rubina Khalid and Secretary Amir Ali Ahmed chaired an important meeting at the BISP headquarters, where they reviewed the progress of upcoming payment cycles.
During the meeting:
- DG Cash Transfer Mr. Inam-ur-Rehman Malik briefed the team on the distribution strategy.
- Officials were instructed to conduct surprise visits at payment centers to address issues such as agent deductions, fingerprint mismatches, and system errors.
- Authorities emphasized providing basic facilities such as clean drinking water, shaded waiting areas, and fans at camp locations so that women don’t suffer in the heat while waiting for their payments.
Districts Are Included in Phase 1
The payment process will be completed in four phases. The first phase includes 110 districts, while others will be added gradually.
Districts Included in Phase 1 are Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpur Khas, Peshawar, Mardan, Abbottabad, Swat, Kohat, Quetta, Panjgur, Turbat, Loralai, Zhob, Gilgit, Skardu, Hunza, Diamer, Ghanche, Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Bhimber, Bagh and Kotli.
If your district is listed above, you can visit the designated BISP payment centers to receive your installment and educational stipends (Taleemi Wazaif) for your children.
How to Register
Thousands of applicants who recently applied through the Dynamic Registry via the 8171 portal have now been declared eligible. You should do:
- Check your eligibility on the 8171 portal.
- If your message says, “You are registered in the Dynamic Registry,” and your data is complete, you’ll receive your payment in this cycle.

How to Collect Payment of 13500
Payments are being distributed at Government Schools and Colleges, where temporary BISP camps have been set up.
When visiting the center:
- Carry your original CNIC.
- Be seated in an organized line.
- Avoid visiting early unless your district is officially announced.
- Do not pay any deduction to agents – the payment is 100% free.
